Overview

Join us for a delightful winter escape including; Concorde at Aerospace Bristol with lunch alongside this aviation icon; Subterranean Bristol & WWII guided walk; Bath guided walk and Pump Room afternoon tea; a day in the Cotswolds featuring Painswick Rococo Gardens’ snowdrops, Cheltenham guided walk and a Cider and Cheese tasting. We stay at Littlecote House in Berkshire, the Tudor Manor where Henry VIII courted Jane Seymour, former home of entrepreneur Peter de Savary and now a Warner Leisure Hotel with live entertainment every night, and exclusively for our guests a sparkling reception and free wine with dinner.

Itinerary

  • Check in from 3pm. Welcome sparkling reception with your Tour Manager before dinner with wine followed by entertainment.
  • A Supersonic day out! We visit Aerospace Bristol for a guided journey through 100 years of aviation and have the exciting opportunity to step aboard the last Concorde ever to fly. Lunch alongside Concorde is included before we head to Bristol for a guided walking tour including the Subterranean Passageways & WWII air raid shelters. Dinner with wine and entertainment in the hotel.
  • After breakfast depart by coach to Bath where we have a guided walking tour, some free time and an included Afternoon Tea at The Pump Room. Return to the hotel late afternoon. Dinner with wine and entertainment in the hotel.
  • After breakfast depart by coach for the Cotswolds and the Painswick Rococo Garden, famed for their snowdrops. We continue to Cheltenham for a guided walking tour before enjoying some cider and cheese tasting. Return to the hotel late afternoon. Dinner with wine and entertainment in the hotel.
  • Check out of hotel by 10am Note: Walking tours, train and boat rides include uneven ground, steps and slopes, and in our opinion are unsuitable for persons with limited mobility requiring use of a walker, a wheelchair and/or a mobility scooter. Order of excursions may be subject to change.

Historic Rooms – from £1099pp – Located in the old house and converted stables courtyard both a short walk from the main facilities.
