The transfer time from Gare du Nord in Paris to your hotel is approximately 40 minutes.
Please note this is an indoor concert at the Accor Arena with tiered seating, which will start at 7.30pm and finish at about 10pm. It will be necessary to walk between coach drop-off / pick-up points and the concert venue. Your show/event ticket(s) will be given to you by your Newmarket Tour Manager on the day.
At this time, exact outbound and inbound departure times have not been confirmed. Times shown are our best estimate based on current information. You will depart from London St Pancras. Final times will be confirmed to you in your Final Travel Documents though we will make every effort to secure timings close to those indicated on your booking. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time to check-in and pass through the security checks and remember that you will need a valid passport in order to travel.
Please note you will be asked to supply Passport / ID documentation details for each passenger at the time of booking or as soon thereafter.
If you have notified us of any special requirements, please check that they have been noted and acknowledged. This is especially important with any dietary needs you may have.
The majority of our tours involve a certain amount of walking, including a short walk from the coach stop to the town, attraction or venue you're visiting.
For this tour specifically, it is important to note:
- This tour involves a certain amount of walking.
- On arrival at Gare du Nord station, coaches park approximately 15 minutes walk from the train.
- You'll need to be able to get on and off the Eurostar and the coach unaided, and manage your own luggage.
- When in Paris for concert day, coaches park approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the concert venue.
- On your return to Gare du Nord station, coaches will park in the same places.
- Should you require special assistance, this must be requested at the time of booking. Please note, our team are not allowed to push wheelchairs, which is why booking special assistance in advance is so important.
If you are bringing a wheelchair, please let us know at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
