Ship Information

Cruise Overview
Cunard Queen Victoria was launched in 2007 by the Duchess of Cornwall as a Vista Class ship and led the way as the blueprint for her sister ships Queen Elizabeth and Queen Anne. This lovely ship incorporated the successful elements made popular on the flagship Queen Mary 2 together with some new innovations. The Queens Ballroom is the central hub of the ship for big band dancing, cocktail parties and afternoon tea; and the popular Commodore Club on Deck 10 appears much bigger for fantastic views with the best cocktails at sea. Cunard Queen Victoria was the first ship ever to feature private boxes in the theatre; and has the interactive Cunardia Museum display. In May 2017 the ship underwent a major refit to include a new Britannia Club dining room and an extended aft pool deck which squared off the back of the ship adding 30-new staterooms.
Cabin Details
The luxuriously appointed staterooms have private en-suite facilities, air conditioning, flat-screen cable TV's with free in-room movies, vanity area, hair dryer, telephone, refrigerator with minibar and free room service.
Dining Details
The twin-level Britannia restaurant caters for the majority of guests on board with set dining times and tables allocated for dinner in the evenings. For breakfast and lunch - the Maitre D will allocate whatever tables are available at whichever time you choose to dine. The Britannia Club restaurant caters for guests in the highest-grade balcony staterooms with an anytime dining arrangement in the evenings. The same applies to the Princess Grill for Princess Grill suite guests and the Queens Grill for Queens Grill suite guests with the added feature of an al-fresco courtyard area in between the two restaurants. All guests can enjoy The Lido Buffet free of charge from early morning until late in the evening. This informal dining venue offers everything from continental and cooked breakfasts, served until late morning, to home-style pizzas, hearty roasts, fragrant curries, fresh salads and hand rolled sushi, the choice as always is yours. In addition - the Golden Lion Pub offers a delicious lunchtime pub menu - free of charge. While the Verandah Restaurant offers a French speciality dining treat at an extra charge which recreates the original Verandah dining experience from the 1930's Cunard Queen Mary. If sunbathing is your thing, then the Lido Grill will offer tasty daytime treats just a step away from the pool. Grab a coffee and a quick bite in Café Corinthia or the Winter Garden. Perhaps opt for breakfast in bed - free of charge or enjoy some in-stateroom dining with room-service later on in the day.
